Maintenance Technician
This position reports to the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager and requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions. A Maintenance Tech is able to complete any/all tickets requests including items such as carpentry, painting, flooring, light plumbing and electrical and HVAC.
